Pricing :
Tables are 1.5m long
1 to 15 meters = 15,00 EUR/table (10,00 EUR/m)
More than 15 meters ? Contact us.

Yes, you are allowed to put merchandise on the ground :)

TIMINGS
Exhibitors are welcome at the venue as from 7.00 in the morning. Dissassembly will take place as from the moment the visitors left (4pm), we did not foresee a limit for unmounting.
Bigger stands (+5 tables, with circuit or special install) can contact us to request an install the day before ( Contact-us.).
It is not possible to sleep on location. Exhibition will be locked overnight, with no access.
PAYMENT
Exhibitor's fee can be paid during the event, if you need and invoice or want to pay upfront, feel free to Contact-us.
